1. Digital goods delivered immediately
Your purchase is a digital product (your crest and its written meaning) that is delivered to you as soon as payment is confirmed. This affects your right to withdraw, as explained below.
2. Your 14-day right of withdrawal (EU/UK consumers)
If you are a consumer in the EU or UK, you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a purchase. However, for digital content delivered immediately, this right is lost once delivery begins — provided you have given prior consent and acknowledged that you lose the right of withdrawal. At checkout you confirm this by agreeing to immediate delivery, so once your crest is generated and delivered, the 14-day withdrawal right no longer applies.
3. When we will still refund you
Your statutory rights are unaffected. We will provide a refund or a re-delivery if:
— your order failed to deliver or the download does not work; or
— the product is faulty or materially not as described.
Because each crest is generated uniquely to your input, we do not offer refunds for subjective dissatisfaction with an otherwise correctly delivered result. If something is wrong with your order, contact us and we will make it right.
4. How to request a refund
Email familysigil@gmail.com with your order details and a description of the problem. We aim to respond within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method via Stripe.
