Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Family Sigil, operated by VICTORY STREET CONSULTING SRL(“we”, “us”). By using the service or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Family Sigilgenerates a custom heraldic crest and a written meaning from the answers you provide, using AI. Results are creative interpretations inspired by your input — they are not official records and are not verified against any heraldic authority or registry.

Crests and accompanying text are produced by an AI image and text model. Because generative AI is probabilistic, output may vary, may resemble other results, and its copyright status can be uncertain under the law of some jurisdictions. We do not guarantee that any crest is unique.

Subject to full payment, we grant you a worldwide, perpetual licence to use the crest you purchase for personal and, where offered as part of your purchase, commercial purposes (for example, printing on personal or business items). You may not:

• claim the crest is an officially registered coat of arms;
• resell or redistribute the crest as a stock asset or template; or
• use the service or its output for unlawful purposes.

We retain ownership of the service, the site, and our underlying models and templates.

Prices are shown at checkout and processed by Stripe. You agree to pay the price displayed for your order. Taxes may apply depending on your location.

Because your order is a digital product delivered immediately, specific refund and withdrawal rules apply. Please see our Refunds & Withdrawal Policy.

You agree not to misuse the service, including by submitting unlawful, infringing, or offensive input, attempting to disrupt the service, or accessing it through automated means without our permission.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the service.

We may update these Terms; continued use after an update means you accept the change. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. These Terms are governed by the law of Romania, and disputes are subject to the courts of that jurisdiction. For any question, contact familysigil@gmail.com.
